Go Here is the website at gohere.studio and the Go Here app, made and run by Dylan Mitchell in New York. Using either means you agree to these terms, to the privacy policy, and, if you make a profile, to the community guidelines. If you don’t agree, don’t use it. You need to be 13 or older.

A city is yours because you hold its key, not because of an account. Keep your keys safe: whoever holds a link can do what that link was cut for, and we can’t tell them from you. A lost key can only come back through a recovery code, a linked device or a profile you signed into.

What you put into Go Here, your lists, notes, ratings and pictures, stays yours. You give us permission to store it, copy it as the service needs, and show it to whoever holds a link to it or opens a profile it sits on, for as long as it is in Go Here. That permission ends when you delete it.

Only add what you have the right to add. Nothing unlawful, nothing that infringes someone else’s rights, and nothing the guidelines rule out. We may remove anything that breaks these terms, and close a profile that keeps doing so.

Don’t try to get into cities you hold no key to, overload or probe the service, scrape it at scale, or use it to send spam. Don’t pretend to be someone else.

Pro is bought through Apple in the iPhone app, or through Stripe on the web, as a subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Whichever takes the payment renews a subscription until you cancel and handles refunds, under its own terms; on the web Stripe sells it as Link, and works out and collects any sales tax or VAT. Cancel one bought through Apple in your Apple Account’s subscriptions, and one bought on the web from Manage Pro on the support page, at least a day before it renews; a lifetime purchase never renews. What Pro includes is described where you buy it, and may change; a change that takes something away will not apply to a period you have already paid for, and the lifetime purchase keeps whatever Pro means for as long as Go Here runs. Features that call a model (planning a day, reading a video) are capped per day to keep them fair, with Pro or without.

Places, maps, addresses and opening hours come from other services and from people adding to lists, and can be wrong or out of date. Check before you go. Opening a place in Apple Maps or elsewhere puts you under that service’s terms.

Go Here is provided as it is and as available. It may change, pause or stop, and a feature may go away. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond these terms, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for more than what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits a right the law doesn’t let us limit.

You can stop using Go Here at any time, and delete your cities and your profile from inside the app. We may suspend or end access for someone who breaks these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and any dispute goes to the courts there, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Keep using Go Here after a change and the new terms apply.
